Damon here again with my opinion and adding it to all the other Tower 200 reviews. I’ve written a few blogs preceding this blog post where I’ve shared how I decided on a Tower 200 vs X Factor and where I bought my Tower 200.

I’ll recap really quickly but feel free to read my earlier blog posts for more details.

When I first became interested in getting a Tower 200 (I saw a commercial on TV with Randy Couture) I researched it and found a similar product, the X Factor. I began researching the differences between the two products and trying to find out what other people thought. After watching a ton of YouTube videos and a few blog site reviews, I decided I still wanted the Tower 200 and not the X Factor.

When I decided I wanted to buy the Tower 200, I looked for any discounts or Tower 200 coupon codes. I couldn’t find any but it didn’t keep me from buying a Tower 200. I got my Tower too for under two hundred dollars with no shipping fees. The website I bought my Tower 200 from is currently selling it for about thirty bucks less than what I paid and still offering a priority shipping perk. For me, price wasn’t a huge issue. But like I’ve mentioned, I don’t have a problem buying quality products because they last a long time.

Now for my final opinion and Tower 200 review. Over all I’ve loved it. I’ve had to customize and personalize my workouts to make it work for my fitness goals but for the most part its exactly what I was looking for in a home gym.

There were a few things I wasn’t crazy about at first. During my first workout, during “The Freak” exercise,  the Tower 200 flew off my door and almost hit me. I easily fixed this by putting the Tower 200 on a door that didn’t open into the room and it’s never fallen or flown off since. Another thing that I didn’t like at first was when I was doing curls the bands would rub on my arms and it bugged me. I have a set of dumbbells so I switched to using those when I want to do curls. Now that I’m used to the bands, it doesn’t bother me anymore.

After I became familiar and accustomed to the Tower 200 I began tweaking and customizing my workouts. I found that combining the great workouts from the Tower 200 DVD and the workouts from another workout system, P90X, I was able to accomplish my fitness goals. I’m 35 and not looking to bulk up and look like the hulk, I just want to stay toned and in shape.

My experience with the Tower 200 has been great so far. I honestly would recommend the Tower 200 to anyone looking to improve their health and strength. I have loved using the Tower 200 and I have seen results in less time than I had anticipated.

I follow UFC and was excited to try something that Randy Couture endorsed. I don’t feel like I can walk into the octagon, but I do feel stronger and in better shape than I was in before I used the Tower 200. I’ve been an active guy for years. I still mountain bike and play ball with the guys on a weekly basis. Using the Tower 200 has helped me improve at these sports and enjoy them even more.

I hope that I have helped anyone looking into a home gym or anyone looking to improve their health. I’m no Randy Couture, but I also stand by the Tower 200. I love the results I’ve experienced so far and I haven’t even had it three months yet. Hopefully this is the last review you have to read in the many Tower 200 reviews out there.

Where To Buy Tower 200

A few of you have asked me where to buy Tower 200 type questions. Many of you are looking for a good deal or a discount. I think the original price that I paid was a good deal, but I’ll share with you what I found.

I still haven’t found a coupon code for the Tower 200. But that doesn’t mean that there isn’t one. I went to the website where I bought my Tower 200 and they’ve dropped the price about thirty dollars. The site is legit and not some skeezy site trying to collect your personal information while ripping you off with higher prices.

I’ve added the links in this blog to the site where I bought my Tower 200. Click on any of the links and you’ll immediately go to the site where you can buy the Tower 200 in just a couple minutes. Way simple and easy.

So, if that answers your questions on where to buy Tower 200, then I’d like to update you on my Tower 200 workout experience.

Funny thing first, while I was looking up the website where I bought my Tower 200 I noticed that the site was showing a workout guide that you can hang on the wall. I was like, “hey! I didn’t get one of those.” Luckily I didn’t throw away the box for the Tower 200 because the workout guide poster was right there inside the box. I hung it up on the wall next to the door I have my Tower 200 on.

Since I’ve done the DVD workouts a few times and discovered my hiding workout guide, I’ve changed up my workouts a bit.

I’ve created a personalized hybrid type workout. I liked the fun named workouts on the DVD but wasn’t a huge fan of being yelled at during my workout. I felt like Randy Couture kept saying, “c’mon princess!” in my head. So I have incorporated some of the workout from the P90X DVD’s I have and some of the workouts from the Tower 200 (they have over 200 workouts for the Tower 200).

With these customized workouts I also use my dumbbells to help maximize my results. A quick note, my workouts are geared for fitness and not bulking up like the hulk. I’m 35 and I don’t really want to have ginormous muscles, I just want to look toned and be healthy. I honestly believe that the Tower 200 can help anyone stay fit, toned and meet their fitness goals.

Like I’ve mentioned in my earlier blog posts, I am a pretty active guy. I mountain bike and play ball with the guys once or twice a week. The Tower 200 helps keep me strong for those activities. I’ve customized my workouts to help me improve speed and strength in the sports/activities I do. I recommend you do the same thing. Make some realistic goals. Know your lifestyle and what you are able to do.

I invite all of you back to read my blogs. I’ll be posting more blogs in the future and letting you know if the Tower 200 has been the home gym system I hope it will be. So far it’s been great. I’ll give it a full month before I give my final review. If you’re wondering where to buy Tower 200 just click on the link here in my blog and you’ll go to a real, legit site.

Tower 200 Coupon Code

I’m back writing another blog about a few emails I’ve received recently asking me where I found my Tower 200 coupon code. Let me be clear, I did not find nor use any coupon code when I purchased my Tower 200.

I mentioned in my previous two blogs that I couldn’t find any coupon codes and that I didn’t really care since the Tower 200 price was low to begin with. I’ve never had an issue paying a little more money for something that is higher quality. I, personally, would rather pay for something once instead of having to buy a replacement or upgrading to the higher priced, higher quality item after the “cheaper” product failed. That’s just me.

I think that I’ve pretty well explained by now in my blogs that the Tower 200 price is fair and that I didn’t use a coupon code when I purchased my Tower 200. Now that that’s settled and clear, I’d like to tell you about my experience/review of the Tower 200 now that I’ve been using it for about a week now.

To start off, I really like it. The Tower 200 DVD workout was pretty good, even though I felt like I was getting yelled at for 11 straight minutes. I took a suggestion from a personal trainer who made a YouTube video about the Tower 200 and I have been using my dumbbells with the Tower 200.

The Tower 200 says there is 200lbs of resistance but the resistance feels different than a 200lb free weight. There is enough resistance though, I definitely feel the burn during my workouts. The Tower 200 seems to be what I hoped it would be.

A word of caution though. Make sure that when you mount your Tower 200 to your door that the door closes all the way and closes well. Not thinking, I put my Tower 200 on a door that opened into my workout room and when I was doing “The Freak” workout the door opened on me and the Tower 200 flew off the door and came right at me. Oops…

Easy fix though. I just moved the Tower 200 to the closet door (it opened out and not into the room) and I haven’t had an issue since. The workouts are really challenging for me as well, which I like. I was worried that the DVD workouts wouldn’t be what I hoped for. To the contrary they worked me pretty hard.

I used to do the P90X workout and I’ve been thinking lately that maybe using the Tower 200 with the P90X workouts might be a pretty stellar combination. I’ll try it out and let you know how it goes.

Seems like a few of you are taking my blog reviews seriously, thank you. If you have any questions please email me. And for one last time, I did not use or find a Tower 200 coupon code when I bought my Tower 200.

Tower 200 Price

Damon here again talking about an email I received asking me about the Tower 200 price vs. the X Factor. I had mentioned in my last blog that the Tower 200 was just a little more expensive than the X Factor. So, in response to Sean’s email here is what I found out and why I chose the Tower 200.

So, Sean,  like I mentioned before the Tower 200 is more expensive. It’s about a hundred dollars more than the X Factor. From what I could tell the reason would be that the Tower 200 uses better quality bands, hand/foot straps, fits better on the door, and has more resistance than the X Factor.

Click Here To Get Your Tower 200

The extra hundred dollars helps ensure your hand strap doesn’t break on you mid-workout or that one of the corner attachments on the door doesn’t slip off and hit you while you’re working out either. I’m a pretty active guy to begin with so I also wanted a higher resistance in the workout bands. I mountain bike and play the typical sports with my buddies once or twice week like basketball, football or softball.

In my last blog I also mentioned that I searched for a Tower 200 coupon code. I didn’t have any luck finding one, buy you should definitely check Google just in case there is one now. The Tower 200 doesn’t really cost that much to begin with so getting a ten dollar coupon or a fifteen percent off coupon wasn’t going to save a ton of money anyway.

In my opinion both systems seem to work but for me the Tower 200 fit my fitness goals better. The Tower 200 price wasn’t a deterrent and I wanted Randy Couture’s workout DVD to go along with my Tower 200. I follow him and look forward to his UFC fights so it made me feel like I got a sneak peak of what his workouts might be like at his MMA gym.

I’m not sure if you’ve read many other Tower 200 reviews, if so I’d like to hear what you’ve learned or read. I know I’m just one voice in a vast sea of opinions. If you have any other questions about the Tower 200 I’d be glad to answer them for you.

If you’re wondering where to buy Tower 200, try clicking on one of the banners on this blog. I noticed that Tower 200 is using Randy Couture’s ads on my blog now and frankly, that’s where I got my Tower 200.

I hope that answers your question about the Tower 200 and it’s price. I paid just under two hundred bucks but I see that it’s less expensive now. If you’re serious about improving your fitness I’d say that for what you get the Tower 200 price is great.

Tower 200 vs X Factor

Hi, I’m Damon and I am writing my review of the Tower 200 vs. X Factor home gyms. I’m a 35 year old guy who wants to stay in shape but doesn’t have a local gym around since I live on the outskirts of town. The Tower 200 and the X Factor workout systems seem to be what I need to meet my fitness goals.

I was turned on to the idea of the Tower 200 by a commercial I saw during a TV program I was watching. I’m into MMA (mixed martial arts) and knew who the actor was because I had seen him fight over the years. Seeing the commercial made me wonder where I could buy a Tower 200.

I began my search on the internet and I came across a different home gym that was similar to the Tower 200 I saw advertised called the X Factor. I was curious how it compared since it was a little less in price than the Tower 200.

I did a Google search and not much useful information was available on the pros and cons of either gym, let alone a side by side comparison.  I saw some YouTube videos on the Google results so I clicked on them.

I watched several “reviews” of the Tower 200 and the X Factor. I wasn’t very impressed with the guys doing the reviews. Not only did I not feel educated about the product after their videos, I was thinking to myself the entire time, “I’d never work out with any of these guys.”

I finally came across a good video. Instead of searching for Tower 200 vs. X Factor, I started searching each product individually. My favorite video was a personal trainer who had been using the Tower 200 for a few months on a few of his clients. He loved it for what it is, a home gym that hangs on your door. He also had some great suggestions of other work outs to do in addition to the Tower 200 like using dumbbells and kettle bells to enhance your overall work out.

The other videos I saw had a few good points for each product. I pieced together all the info I had seen from the various YouTube videos and came to my own basic conclusion and opinion. The X Factor seemed to have better range or stretch in the bands but felt “cheaper.” The Tower 200 seemed to have more resistance and higher quality bands and a sturdier door hanging system.

I was leaning towards the Tower 200 for many reasons but the thing that really pushed me towards the Tower 200 was Randy Couture’s endorsement and hearing him in my head calling me a “princess.” That part of the commercial made me laugh. Overall the Tower 200 fit what I was looking for in a home workout system. It was sturdy, made with quality bands and straps, and had a great workout video that comes along with the Tower 200.

I started looking for a Tower 200 coupon code online but didn’t find anything. I figured the Tower 200 price wasn’t going to break my bank and so I searched “where to buy Tower 200” on Google and found a great website.

I hope this has helped anyone who is wondering who wins the “door gym” battle of the Tower 200 vs. X Factor.

I Junked My XFactor

My name is Marcus and I wanted to share my opinion and my experience with using the Tower 200. The Tower 200 has been the perfect at home piece of workout equipment that I’ve ever owned. I’ve used a few different home workout gym types of things over the years and the Tower 200 has been my favorite for a few reasons.

I used to have a full scale home gym machine that had an extensive pulley system and a bench and a leg press; the whole nine yards. But being a bachelor and having a roommate or two the home gym was just too big and took up too much room in our small apartment. I sold it and tried a few other things that were too small.

I tried getting a pull up bar, the bowflex dumbbells that have the different selectable weights, the “Perfect Push up” handles and a couple other small pieces of workout equipment to supplement what I had been using before with the big home gym. Surprisingly all the various workout equipment pieces took up more space than I had anticipated. They were oddly shaped and didn’t fit well in my room/closet.

I really don’t like paying money for a gym membership so I decided to try one last thing so that I could keep working out at home without having to spend a ton of money at a pricey local gym like Bally’s or Gold’s. I looked online and found a pretty neat contraption called an XFactor. It hooks onto your door, you can do a ton of different workouts on it, and it seemed perfect for what I needed with my limited space.

I started using my new XFactor and it was alright. It wasn’t as good as my first home gym but it gave me a good burn during my workout. This time I waited to try out the new equipment (my XFactor) before selling my dumbbells and other equipment. I decided the XFactor was my best option and fit for what I wanted and needed in a home workout system.

After using my XFactor for a couple months I ran into some quality/integrity issues with the XFactor. Parts were breaking or cracking and the bands were losing their tension/resistance quicker than I thought they would. One night my roommate and I were watching a UFC fight and we saw a commercial for the Tower 200 sponsored by one of our favorite fighters. My roommate ordered a Tower 200 that night.

When the Tower 200 showed up at our place, we both tried it out and compared it to my XFactor. Well, after only one workout I ordered my Tower 200 and replaced my XFactor. The Tower 200 is a higher quality home gym. The bands are better, the grips are higher quality, and the info/help you get through the workout chart and DVD are superior. Overall the Tower 200 pales the XFactor in comparison.

Take it from me, a Joe Shmoe who has limited space and resources but is dedicated to working daily and effectively, the Tower 200 is a great, quality home gym. I love my Tower 200 and I think if you get one you’ll love it too. “Let’s go Princess!” – Randy “The Natural” Couture.

Tower 200 Is The Mother Of All Workouts

Honestly I wasn’t expecting too much from the Tower 200 but I really needed workout equipment that was portable that I can take with me on the “road.” I travel weekly for work and I’ve tried various portable workout weights or equipment and I haven’t liked anything nearly as much as the Tower 200.

Some of you might be familiar with the “water weights” and I’ve used those but they’re not that great. What makes the Tower 200 more awesome than the other portable workout systems is that it can hang on any door and its super easy to put up and take down.

Click Here To Get Your Tower 200

When I travel I literally just pull the Tower 200 out of my luggage, put it on the door and 15 minutes later I’m done with a full body workout; not just curls or sit-ups. The resistance bands are great. It took me awhile to get used to the bands being on my arm and such during the workout but after a few workouts I didn’t even notice them anymore.

If you’re someone who’s on the road a lot or travels often, I would definitely recommend to you the Tower 200. I’m usually gone anywhere from 1-3 days a week and the Tower 200 is nice and compact and fits in my luggage without sacrificing space for my suits/clothes.

I love the workout DVD that comes with the Tower 200 as well. The workout names are just as fun and intense as the names are. I usually do Randy Couture’s “Mother of all workouts” routine but I’ll mix it up every once in awhile with the other workouts depending on my time schedule or if I get too used to the normal workout routine.

The workouts are awesome because they work your whole body. The workouts help wake me and my body up and they get me ready for my day too. Since I’m always flying to different time zones, waking up isn’t always the easiest thing to do but the Tower 200 helps get the blood flowing in the morning.

Not only is the Tower 200 a great workout system for the road, but I use it at home too. I do my best to work out 5 days a week so that I can stay in shape and stay fit. I’ve seen a lot of my colleagues lose their health because of all the travel we do and I don’t want to follow that pattern of failure.

If you travel for work, or even if you don’t travel, try the Tower 200. Its way easy to use, it’s effective, and it’s a quality product. Read all the Tower 200 reviews you want, almost all of them are like mine, we all love the Tower 200.
